    • To receive and paying money/transfer from and to supplier, vendor, employees (money, giro, cheque) daily.
    • To calculate total payments received during a time period
    • To withdraw transactions, handling wire transfers, accepting cheques.
    • To verify and process employee expense reports and records timely bases.
    • To check the validity and must verify signatures, accuracy and maintain approval or the payment when receiving or giving cash to the customers.
    • To prepare cheque / giro receipt in order to deposit to the Bank.
    • To make the calculation of petty cash and reporting to superior in order for executing the payment weekly.
    • To maintain the records of monetary transaction and other details of transactions into computer database.
    • To make report the actual using of cash daily, weekly and monthly.
    • To resolve customer complaints.
    • Update daily petty cash.
    • Maximum 28 years old.
    • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major.
    • Have 2 Years minimum experience in similar position.
    • Must have excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
    • Computer literacy (MS Office) is essential
    • Good communication, good attitude, good interpersonal skill, honest, initiatives and strong personality
    • Will be contract for 4 Month to Replace Employee because Maternity Leave
    • Will be place in Sika Indonesia- Cileungsi Plant
